Campanile Hotel Cardiff, Cardiff

The hotel room was spacious, warm, and had hot and cold water. However, the windows and window sills needed cleaning, and the lack of air conditioning was a downside. The hotel's location was a bit far from Cardiff city centre but convenient for major routes. The service was pleasant but couldn't provide a normal invoice for our company. The dining options were average, and the need to go to reception for a hot drink was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it did the job for the stay, but the price seemed high for what was offered.

The hotel offers basic rooms that are clean, with excellent Wi-Fi. However, the rooms seem a bit dusty and smoky at times, with old carpets showing signs of wear. The service is friendly but not always efficient. The location is convenient, close to shops and with helpful staff. The dining experience provided good meals at reasonable prices. Overall, a place with some positives but also in need of improvements.
